Before your appointment

• All appointments require a non-refundable $25 deposit. Appointment is confirmed once deposit is received.

• No same-day appointments, unless I am taking walk-ins. Clients could be waiting and there is no set time.

Cancellations & Late Fees

• Cancellations require a minimum of 24-hours notice.

• For same-day cancellations, a $15 fee is required prior to rebooking.

• For no call-no shows, a $25 fee is required to be paid prior to rebooking.

• Those who arrive 15 minutes late of a scheduled appointment will be charged a $10 late fee. Any arrival past 20 minutes of a scheduled appointment will be cancelled.
